Cancelling a Shift

SnapShyft Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that Service Professionals are fairly compensated for the time they commit to a Venue.

You may incur a 1 hour cancellation fee if you cancel a requested shift more than 5 minutes after acceptance of the shift by a Service Professional.

Each cancellation is manually reviewed, and you will not be charged if the Service Professional requested the cancellation.
