Position Overview

We seek a full-stack, experienced software engineer role to advance our technology. You will operate with significant latitude on the technical design, development, testing and implementation. It’s important to have experience with Javascript, Node.js, React Native, and AWS technologies. Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Experience: 1+ years in technology and/or SaaS solutions sales or relationship driven environment, CRM, Sales, Sales Development, Cold Calling, B2B Sales, Inbound and Outbound Sales, Outbound Sales

We’re seeking an incredibly motivated and ambitious individual that can serve on the frontline of our marketing and sales efforts to prospect, identify qualified leads, and generate interest in SnapShyft. Your goal is to get qualified leads to take the next step and speak live with one our our sales leaders.

We work in a fun and fast-paced environment, communicating directly with food and beverage operations every day.

As an early employee you’ll be working directly with the sales and marketing teams and your voice will have an influence and effect on all aspects of business at SnapShyft.

In this role you will

  • Sell the benefits of flexible and independent work through phone and electronic conversations, and occasionally in-person
  • Sell the benefits of utilizing a modern gig-centric labor force through phone and electronic conversations, and occasionally in-person
  • Coordinate effectively with the customer success team
  • Effectively motivate the users and maintain adequate follow-up via phone, SMS, and other approved methods
  • Become an expert in the worker and venue activation process by answering questions and dispelling myths or misconceptions
  • Represent the SnapShyft brand by serving as the first point of contact for new venues that wish to explore ways they can utilize SnapShyft to effectively manage their staffing needs
  • Making 100+ outbound touches (phone calls, emails, direct messages) per day to food & beverage/hospitality operations
  • Book meetings / demos with targeted and qualified leads and hand-off to sales leadership
  • Educate digital marketing agencies on the benefits of digital staffing software for the gig-economy
  • Follow up with leads that have expressed interest in SnapShyft and maintain an active daily leads pipeline
  • Document all activity in CRM system, keeping it clean and up-to-date, ensuring CRM integrity

Customer Success Associate

Experience1-3 years working in a customer-facing, technical success role, as primary point-of-contact and user support resource

Because SnapShyft has multiple points of user interaction, this position is ideal for highly engaging individuals who can adeptly troubleshoot situations/problems, possess great verbal and written communication skills and enjoy a flexible working atmosphere, with the sole priority of keeping our users fully engaged and excited, while being proactive giving the users the necessary attention & support.

In this role you will:

  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for system users
  • Identify areas to drive ROI for each and every user of the SnapShyft platform, focusing on the value/ROI, and consistently looking for new
  • ways to drive a pleasurable experience using SnapShyft
  • Provide timely communication to users as the main point of contact including:
    • Technical assistance
    • Troubleshoot account issues
    • Translating user issues to customer success manager
  • Manage user on-boarding process and maintain quality control
  • Become the user advocate for SnapShyft
  • Drive all customer activities including new feature introduction opportunities
  • Consistently solicit product feedback from each user

Qualifications and Skills

Customer Success Manager

Experience2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization. SaaS experience a benefit. Gig-economy experience a benefit.

The SnapShyft Customer Success team advises and guides a variety of customers and user types, ensuring they launch SnapShyft successfully, and adopt it quickly. In this role you’ll work closely with customers to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use SnapShyft to solve them.

Working closely with leadership and helping them to identify areas where existing customers could improve their use of SnapShyft or uncovering potential new use cases. From time to time you may also work with with sales team to advise prospective customers on the best way to effectively implement SnapShyft into their daily operation management habits.

You will be tasked to be part coach + project manager + consultant + product expert, and be continually focused on helping our users improve their usage and be successful with SnapShyft.

In this role you will:

  • Empathize with every aspect of the user experience, putting users’ needs first
  • Guide and coach users with a dedicated success process
  • Coach customers to be efficient users of SnapShyft thus becoming increasingly self-sufficient
  • Maintain high levels of user engagement and satisfaction with a focus on loyalty
  • Identify common user challenges and actively suggest better solutions
  • Partner with SnapShyft sales team to help them be more effective
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for users
  • Craft user on-boarding assets, and work with product marketing to refine existing assets as well as the creation of new on-boarding assets
  • Help drive users references and case studies.
