Information We Collect When You Use the SnapShyft Platform
SnapShyft is all about connecting Venues and Contractors. To do this, we need to know where you are. When you open SnapShyft on your mobile device, we receive your location. We may also collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background. If you label certain locations, such as “home” and “work,” we receive that information, too.
Your location information is necessary for things like matching Contractors with nearby Venues, determining the locations of Services, and suggesting potential Service opportunities and matches based on previously performed Services . Also, if the need ever arises, we may use and share location information to help protect the safety of SnapShyft Users or a member of the public. In addition to the reasons described above, a Contractor’s location information is necessary for calculating charges Services. If you give us permission through your device settings or SnapShyft app, we may collect your location while the app is off to identify promotions or service updates in your area.
SnapShyft receives information from Users’ devices, including IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, push notification tokens, and, if you register with a social media account, your social media identifier. We may collect mobile sensor data from User’s devices to improve location accuracy and analyze usage patterns.
To help us understand how you use the SnapShyft Platform and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with the SnapShyft Platform, like the pages or other content you view, your actions within the SnapShyft app, and the dates and times of your visits.
Call and Text Information.
We may work with a third party partner to facilitate phone calls and text messages between Contractors and Venues who have been connected for a Service. We may receive information about these communications including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any SMS messages. For security purposes, we may also monitor and/or record the contents of phone calls made on the SnapShyft Platform, such as those between Contractors and Venues. You will be given notice that your call may be recorded, and by proceeding you agree to allow SnapShyft to monitor and/or record your call.
Contractors and Venues may rate and review each other at the end of every Service. We receive information about ratings and reviews and, as we explain below, give Contractors information about Venues’ ratings and reviews and vice versa.
Address Book Contacts.

How We Share the Information We Collect
Sharing Between Users
Sharing between Contractors and Venues.
Contractors and Venues that have been matched for a Service are able to see basic information about each other, such as names, photo, ratings, and any information they have added to their Profiles. Contractors see the location where the Services are to be performed. Contractors see information about a Venue’s business and the Services to be performed and the requirements necessary to perform such Services. Venues see Contractor’s references, and relevant licenses. Contractors’ ratings of Venues and vise versa are shared with the general community of SnapShyft Platform Users. We de-identify the ratings and feedback, but we can’t rule out that a User may be able to identify the User that provided such rating or feedback.
Sharing Between SnapShyft and Third Parties

If you connect to the SnapShyft Platform through an integration with a third party service, we may share information about your use of the SnapShyft Platform with that third party. You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails and text messages but we will still send you transactional and relational emails about your account use of the SnapShyft Platform.
You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of the SnapShyft Platform.

Deleting information from your profile may impact your ability to match successfully for Services. Deleting certain information may prevent you from offering or accepting Services.
