SNAPSHYFT Business Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions
This offer (the “Referral Bonus Offer”), which is made to you by SnapShyft (as defined in the SnapShyft Terms and Conditions), entitles qualified individuals or groups, a $100 Referral Bonus for referring qualified foodservice, food and beverage, hospitality, food manufacturing businesses to SnapShyft (new customer), whereby they proceed to create a SnapShyft Business Account, and post and cover at minimum three (3) shifts on the SnapShyft Labor marketplace within a thirty (30) day period. This timeframe begins once an account is created. What constitutes a qualified business is at the sole discretion of SnapShyft. Referral Bonus will be paid within ninety (90) days after a qualified new customer posts and covers their third shift on the marketplace in the specified timeframe. Referral Bonuses earned are not transferable. By sharing your unique referral code, which is located in your account details on your profile, you acknowledge and agree to SnapShyft Terms and Conditions of Use and these SnapShyft Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions. At any time, a referred business may decide they do not want to become, or no longer wish to be, a paying user of the SnapShyft Labor Marketplace. Sharing of your referral code is at your own discretion and can be done in an unlimited fashion. SnapShyft reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Referral Bonus Offer and/or the SnapShyft Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
